Invitation to Climate Change Talk

Our guest speaker will be Richard Weller from the Community Environment Network’s Climate Future group.

Richard will speak on climate change impacts, especially predicted sea level rise, for the Central Coast with a focus on Pearl Beach, Patonga and Umina areas.

Melbourne Cup Lunch

MELBOURNE CUP LUNCH; Tuesday, 2nd November from 12.30pm come and join in the fun at the Pearl Beach Memorial Hall, 9 Diamond Road, Pearl Beach and bring your picnic (finger food) lunch and drinks. Entry is by ticket costing $10.00pp which entitles you to a glass of bubbly or fruit juice, a sweep ticket and entry into the lucky door draw. The “cup” will be screened onto the big screen and there will be other sweeps running. Wear your best Melbourne Cup clobber and join in the atmosphere of the big day. September Bush Care

Bushcare Pearl Beach, with the support of Gosford City Council, works to maintain integrity of the flora on several agreed sites throughout Pearl Beach through a program of eradication of weeds and plantings. We meet at 9.00am on the first Saturday of every month.

The September working bee will be at the Pearl Beach Wetlands. We will meet on the easement adjacent to No. 59 Diamond Rd. There will be Morning Tea in the backgarden of No. 57 Diamond Rd following the Working Bee.

Early birds will grab a bargain at the Pearl Beach brand new and pre-loved wardrobe winners giant sale which includes well known designer brands and current designs.

We have something for all ages, including young fashions suitable for end of year school formals. Also on sale will be a variety of day wear, sportswear, and that something special for more glamorous occasions.

Women and men’s clothing, shoes, hats, accessories, vintage and collectable clothing and jewellery, come early, grab a bargain, don’t miss out !!

Proceeds will go to ‘Lifeline Central Coast NSW’ and Pearl Beach Memorial Hall upkeep.
